Job Summary
The Team Leader position involves mentoring and supervising young cadets aged 151⁄2 to 18 in a quasi-military environment. Responsibilities include providing daily guidance, leading leadership development and team-building activities, enforcing program standards, and ensuring the safety and well-being of cadets. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain a supportive environment, and be adept at fostering teamwork among diverse groups. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates possessing military backgrounds or youth development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Open to learning military-style procedures
- Ability to work effectively in structured environments

- Coaching or mentoring experience
