Team Leader-Democratic Governance & Peace building- DGP (Open to all applicants)

Lead UNDP Ethiopia’s governance and peacebuilding portfolio as Team Leader, Democratic Governance and Peacebuilding (DGP), coordinating a multidisciplinary unit, guiding policy analysis, strategic advisory, resource mobilization, and stakeholder collaboration to advance democratic governance, peacebuilding, reconciliation, and sustainable development within the country context. responsibilities include overseeing programme design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, ensuring high-quality outputs and risk management, facilitating communication and knowledge sharing, supervising the DGP Unit team, managing human resources and procurement, and representing UNDP in coordination structures with government, development partners, civil society and UN agencies.
