Job Summary
Lead a technical team to deliver accurate, timely guidance on a major financial service provider's investment product sales review. Conduct process confirmations through buddy-ing and observation, manage workflow, and triage case clinic referrals to the technical team. Track MI production, resolve individual and group issues, and make risk-based escalations while ensuring governance and control processes are followed. Deliver one-to-one and group training sessions, collaborate with operational functions for impact assessments, and attend client-facing meetings to discuss technical aspects of team reviews. Support the team to achieve productivity and quality targets in a results-orientated, fast-paced remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive team leader experience managing teams within financial services
- Remediation or complaint handling operational experience
- Proficient at MI tracking, reporting case status to management and progressing against deadlines
- Effective at issue resolution, appropriate risk-based escalations and performance development/ coaching of teams
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and delivery skills
- Knowledge of financial service products and providers
- Able to adapt to change, often at pace, and bring others with them
- Stakeholder management and the ability to manage relationships and work at all levels
- Proficiency in MS office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
- Ability to be flexible and reliable when working under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Sound decision making and organisational skills
- Ability to work remotely/ independently
Desired Qualifications
- RQF Level 4 in a suitable qualification e.g. CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
