Job Summary
Lead a manufacturing team of 5–9 employees to meet daily production goals and Key Performance Indicators while maintaining an optimum span of control. Provide training and development focused on Safety, 6S, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency. Conduct daily safety meetings, ensure shifts start and end on time, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures through implementation and auditing. Perform machining and production processes, utilize Lean tools to improve manufacturing processes, and troubleshoot problems with respective teams. Demonstrate commitment to environmental health and safety principles and company values. Work in a manufacturing environment involving machinery, noise, and chemicals while lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in manufacturing or related field
- 3 years of previous manufacturing experience
- Proven record in field of experience
- Professionalism and integrity

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.

Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing setting
