Job Summary
Lead and coach a Customer Service team to deliver excellent service, monitor KPIs and daily operations, manage scheduling and workload distribution, act as the first point of contact for escalations, conduct performance reviews, and drive process improvements. Requires English fluency; Spanish proficiency is ideal. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with hybrid work in Barcelona and the possibility of remote work options after onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience leading or coaching a team
- Several years of experience in Customer Service and understanding of customer service processes and systems
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Spanish proficiency is ideal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can apply common sales techniques such as up-selling and cross-selling to achieve commercial goals
