Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Administration team supporting the ANZ region, ensuring high-quality product master data management and guiding continuous improvement across systems. Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and the Bangalore operations team; oversee creation/maintenance of product master data, pricing, SKUs, item descriptions, and data governance; support ANZ Product Managers with product queries, quotations, tenders, and SKU management; drive data quality initiatives, audits, and cross-functional projects; manage workload to meet SLAs and escalate complex issues. Require a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Order Management/Product Administration/Master Data with at least 3 years of leadership, plus strong ERP (E1 preferred) and Excel skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, global environment with effective communication across time zones and a customer-focused, continuous-improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Product Administration, or Master Data.
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (E1 preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting global or regional teams (ANZ experience preferred).
