Job Summary
Lead a team of business analysts to monitor credit portfolios, identify Early Warning Signals, collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts to assess at-risk customers and recommend mitigation strategies; oversee distressed accounts including restructuring and recovery planning; drive process improvements to strengthen risk posture; act as liaison between business units, credit middle market, and risk management while guiding credit risk assessment and stakeholder engagement; develop action plans for accounts showing vulnerability and provide training on workout strategies and credit risk awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of credit risk or portfolio management experience with leadership exposure
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of credit risk, financials, and market trends
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management and team coaching abilities
- Familiarity with restructuring, recovery strategies, and regulatory requirements
