Job Summary
Lead the assigned work group/line, overseeing safety, quality, efficiency, and daily shipping/production schedules. Assign and manage work schedules with the Area Supervisor, ensure equipment availability, and maintain department housekeeping and 5S standards. Drive continuous improvement through MDI, coordinate problem-solving activities, and develop audits for standard work adherence. Serve as the primary communication link between management and associates, review staffing needs, and provide continuous training. Requires occasional lifting of 25 to 50 pounds and frequent standing. Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Club Car experience or two years of leadership experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary
- Requires occasional lifting of objects of objects 25 to 50 pounds
- Work requires periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing
- Work involves activities that require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, or vehicles
