Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary construction supervision teams and administer FIDIC civil works contracts for major transportation infrastructure projects in Fiji. Supervise construction progress, quality, schedule, cost, and contract compliance while reviewing contractor submissions, claims, variations, and payment certificates. Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure adherence to environmental, social, health, and safety requirements. Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer across the team. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience leading large infrastructure projects, with strong familiarity with FIDIC conditions and international funding sources. Recruitment is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract
- Experience preparing bidding documents for major civil works projects
