Job Summary
Team Leader of our healthcare call center in Parsippany, NJ. Leads and coaches a group of call center agents, manages escalated patient calls and complaints, ensures KPIs and metrics are met, oversees daily operations (including scheduling, training, QA, and workload distribution), participates in hiring and development of agents, and collaborates with leadership to optimize call handling and patient satisfaction. Requires at least 3 years leadership experience in a call center with customer service responsibility and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. On-site, full-time role, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday shift and a day off during the week. Salary range $55,000–$60,000 per year.
