Job Summary
Team Leader for a healthcare call center in Parsippany, NJ. Lead and coach a group of call center agents to deliver exceptional patient experiences, monitor and improve KPIs, handle escalated calls, oversee daily operations (scheduling, workload balancing, QA, trainings), and drive performance through coaching, reporting, and process improvements. Must have strong leadership and communication skills, experience with call center software/CRMs, and a proven ability to guide teams to meet performance targets. Requires on-site presence Monday–Friday with every other Saturday; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least 3 years leadership in a medical call center preferred. Salary $55,000–$60,000 per year with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience within a call center, preferably in the medical industry, with customer service responsibility
