Job Summary
Team Leader overseeing day-to-day supervision of a call center team, coaching for performance and accountability, resolving escalated customer calls, guiding adherence to KPIs, and coordinating team meetings and activity planning. Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills required; ability to mentor and provide direction to a group of non-exempt employees and to navigate policy and process requirements. Experience with performance management, attendance monitoring, and flexible scheduling is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field
