Job Summary
Supervise a team of 3-6 Community Support Specialists by sharing case management duties, providing direct guidance to clients, and coaching staff to meet billing targets. Drive client outcomes by helping them navigate complex systems, attend medical appointments, and develop symptom management plans. Establish and maintain community relationships while engaging staff in regular meetings to motivate them and address challenges. Share expertise in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices to foster clinical growth. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle for client transportation, and strong communication skills. Salary ranges from $65,900 to $73,400 annually with comprehensive benefits including PTO, insurance, and licensure supervision.

- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
