Job Summary
Lead and develop the Client Administration team supporting Financial Planners to deliver high-quality client outcomes. Drive service excellence, accuracy and regulatory compliance, coach and mentor team members, and manage performance with capacity planning. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensure complete documentation for suitability reports, and collaborate with Managing Partner, Team Heads, Projects, and L&D to identify training and continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience managing and developing a client administration team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering high-quality client service in a regulated financial services environment
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation processes for financial planning
