Job Summary
Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club benefits. Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high-quality service by conducting accurate quality control checks and addressing escalations calmly. Drive team performance to exceed service standards while operating basic retail equipment and understanding the wash process. Foster a positive, collaborative environment and maintain professional appearance in accordance with guidelines. Work flexible hours including weekends, standing and moving throughout the site in all weather conditions while lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift
- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
