Job Summary
Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club benefits. Actively engage with customers pre- and post-wash to ensure 100% satisfaction while addressing escalations calmly. Lead the team in achieving high-quality service standards through accurate Quality Control checks and driving sales growth. Operate basic retail equipment, maintain facility operations, and foster a positive, collaborative environment. Work flexible hours including weekends, standing and moving throughout the site in all weather conditions while lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
- Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines
- Exceed expectations and uphold accountability in all responsibilities
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift
