Job Summary
Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions, educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club, and actively engage pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Lead the team in achieving high-quality service standards through accurate Quality Control checks, address customer escalations calmly, and drive performance to exceed expectations. Operate basic retail equipment, maintain facility operations, and foster a positive, collaborative environment while following safety guidelines. This role requires a high school diploma, previous sales or customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. You will work on your feet for entire shifts in all weather conditions, lifting up to 25lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift
- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25lbs
