Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of 5+ staff members, providing direction, mentorship, and succession planning support. Oversee and manage more than $1M in annual project revenue while building client relationships to secure approximately $750K. Perform final QA/QC reviews on complex civil engineering projects and manage multi-discipline projects from concept through completion. Assist with annual revenue forecasts, strategic planning, and staff development initiatives. Coordinate internally and externally to ensure project success and delegate tasks effectively. This senior-level leader combines technical expertise with management skills to drive revenue and growth objectives within the Civil Engineering Group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project management
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of civil/site design principles and multi-discipline coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
