Job Summary
Team Leader for Order Processing overseeing a shared services/offshore team delivering accurate sales and service order processing, billing support, customer portal administration, and O2C lifecycle. Responsible for leading, coaching, and managing analysts, planning workload, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with Sales, Field Service, Operations, and Finance. Ensures adherence to SOPs, internal controls, governance, and audits; supports accurate downstream billing by validating order data and charge structures; utilizes Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service), Pronto, and Zoho for order creation, service coordination, and workflow execution; drives continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction through effective leadership.
Required Qualifications
- UG/PG Degree in Commerce and Finance preferred / Any graduation
- 6 - 10 years of experience in order processing or commercial operations
- 2+ years in a Team Lead or supervisory role
- Strong expertise in Sales Order Processing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service), Pronto, Zoho, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills
- Ability to lead a team in a shared services/offshore delivery model
- Proficiency in aligning orders, quotations, contracts, and system records
- Audit readiness and adherence to SOPs, internal controls
