Job Summary
Oversee team members in business development and operational excellence while ensuring high goals and standards are met. Exhibit knowledge of operational policies, brand products, and promotions. Work with Interim Managers to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels. Achieve strategic annual business results through focus on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives. Maintain positive working relationships by providing direction and feedback to all employees. Follow sanitation and safety procedures while demonstrating strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment while standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting heavy objects as needed.
