Job Summary
Lead shifts, open and close, and count drawers while managing daily operations in a high-volume restaurant. Provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs and assist in training new hires. Act as a role model by setting the tone for the shift and coaching team members on Operational Excellence and the Recipe for Service. Manage team member behavioral and performance issues while maintaining a friendly, encouraging environment. Work flexible hours with closed Sundays in a locally franchised setting.
