Job Summary
Team Leader at Chick-fil-A leading by example in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities include participating in day-to-day operations, opening/closing shifts, leading a shift, counting drawers, and training/new hires. Requires strong communication, the ability to respond promptly to guest needs, develop team members, and maintain a positive, service-driven environment. Must demonstrate a servant leadership mindset, build emotional connections with guests, maintain eye contact, smile, and provide a friendly, encouraging team experience. Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting are essential. Preferred prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager, but not required.
