Job Summary
Lead shifts and set the tone for a high-volume Chick-fil-A restaurant; coach and develop team members, train new hires, and ensure everyday operations run smoothly while delivering excellent guest service; open/close and count drawers; act as a role model and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment; collaborate with senior leadership to uphold Operational Excellence and the restaurant's core values; prioritize teamwork, communication, and leadership development.
