Job Summary
Lead and manage the secretarial and administration team to provide excellent support to internal and external clients, ensuring the smooth running of the firm. Allocate, delegate, and balance workloads in line with capability and capacity, while ensuring appropriate cover including holiday planning. Act as the first point of contact for office and administrative matters, attend and coordinate operational and service line meetings, and liaise with partners, managers, and technical teams to support workflow planning. Monitor service delivery, identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, and support recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff development. Maintain facilities regarding landlords and tenants. Requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and confidential handling of data.
