Job Summary
Team Leader for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) overseeing direct supervision of therapists, Intake Specialists, and care coordinators; serves as the senior clinician or ‘player coach’ to ensure quality service delivery. Leads implementation of Evidence-Based Practices and fidelity to SAMHSA/CCBHC guidelines, provides training and supervision, manages personnel processes (hiring, performance appraisals), ensures accurate documentation and reporting (CARF, Medicare/Medicaid/SAMHSA standards), collaborates with community partners and administrative teams, and conducts staff development and annual evaluations. Requires Master’s degree in a related field, at least two years of clinical experience, and preferred licensure as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field
- Two (2) years clinical experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Licensure as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT preferred
- Computer proficiency with electronic medical records and related software
