Job Summary
Manage a caseload of children and young people while leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Therapeutic Support Workers. Coordinate therapeutic supports tailored to individual needs, model Therapeutic Crisis Intervention principles, and ensure accurate documentation and case management in line with legislation and OCG Standards. Facilitate case conferences, reviews, and stakeholder meetings, while respectfully managing concerns and complaints. Participate in the on-call roster as required and collaborate with the Program Manager to monitor service delivery and compliance.
Required Qualifications
