Team Leader - Carnforth

Conduct weekly handovers within your Carnforth area, perform daily checks of paperwork and medication, and ensure all documentation is up to date. Deliver bespoke care to service users with a wide range of impairments, including personal care, general tidying, light cleaning, meal planning, medication assistance, and companionship. Communicate effectively at all levels while managing complex and sensitive internal and external situations. This role supports the independence of individuals living in their homes within Lancashire and Cumbria, aligning with Unikcare Solutions' person-centred approach to domiciliary care.
