Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising Direct Support staff and managing an assigned caseload within the Day Habilitation Program. Key duties include scheduling staffing coverage, ensuring accurate documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, assisting in activity development, and providing transportation and medication administration for individuals in the program.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Services or a related field, preferred
- High school diploma or GED (in lieu of diploma/equivalent, a passing score as outlined on standardized tests may be accepted) and one (1) year experience required
- Valid NYS driver’s license which meets agency guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
