Team Leader, Operations at Crate & Barrel — Leads designated team and manages workload in collaboration with the Assistant Store Leader; coaches and develops associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and visual standards. Oversees merchandising and stock teams, inventory replenishment, back-of-house standards, merchandise flow, and store expenses (including packaging and truck scheduling). Maintains margin through safe product handling, and ensures customer-ready salesfloor and curbside/backdoor operations. Maintains performance feedback, trains associates, and acts as Leader on Duty (LOD) while driving collaboration across teams to deliver operational and visual excellence. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to spend significant time on the sales floor interacting with customers and colleagues. Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. 1+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and tablet devices are preferred. The role is based in-store at Crate & Barrel locations in the US (Broadway area) with full-time hours.
