Job Summary
Security Team Leader responsible for overseeing daily security operations, leading Security Officers, and acting as senior on-duty representative during out-of-hours periods at a high-profile Birmingham estate. Coordinates Control Room activities, CCTV and life-safety system monitoring, incident responses, and security reporting. Leads deployment, training, handovers, and escalation, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a polished, professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a corporate environment
- Experience operating CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and incident management systems
- Strong leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong incident management and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
