Job Summary
Team Leader - BIM responsible for the health, safety and welfare of staff, providing visible leadership across projects, and driving engagement and high performance through staff development. Manages business, operational and commercial targets, coordinates inputs from multiple areas in India and the UK, supports UK bidding opportunities, participates in prospect calls, liaises with the UK BIM team, promotes GCC initiatives, and drives BIM technology adoption and process improvements. Delivers BIM/CAD capabilities presentations, provides training on REVIT, BIM 360, ACC, and standardisation, and conducts capability validation and goal setting for the BIM/CAD team with retention and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing BIM/CAD teams
- Experience coordinating cross-border projects between India and the UK
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and tools including REVIT, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
