Job Summary
Supervise a work group to assure production meets daily schedules while ensuring company safety policies, sanitation procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed. Communicate objectives and programs to team members, oversee training for new employees, and lead efforts to increase a participatory work environment. Complete production reports and payroll responsibilities as required. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts if needed. This role supports the team's commitment to mutual benefit through effective leadership and role modeling.
