Team Leader-Barron

Supervise a work group to assure production meets daily schedules while enforcing company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensure team members understand objectives, authority, and responsibilities through leadership, training, and role modeling. Oversee personnel management, product quality, and productivity targets, including training new employees on line tasks. Complete production reports and payroll responsibilities as required. Maintain a participatory environment by ensuring all staff utilize the Charter, Employee Handbook, and Team Commitment.
