Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day backoffice operations for ICT & HC sectors across the Benelux region, managing a team of Customer Coordinators and Planners. Responsibilities include planning and resource management, contract management and data quality, ensuring high levels of service for internal and external customers, and collaborating with customers, sales, auditors and other departments. You will analyze and report on performance (KPIs), drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working, and ensure optimal resource utilization across the organization, working with auditors and subcontractors as needed across the Rotterdam-based operations.
