Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of support workers at a specialist residential centre (Aylesbury) providing quality social and vocational support for people with acquired brain injury, ensuring needs are met per individual support plans, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to regulatory compliance and safety standards. Must have or be willing to work towards NVQ/QCF level 3 HSC within 12 months; role requires flexible hours, occasional travel, and adherence to care and health-safety policies. Required Qualifications
- NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months
- Previous experience of working within a care/support environment
- Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety and food hygiene
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable in approach, being able to prioritise , plan and organise the work load
