Job Summary
Provide a warm welcome to guests and new employees while ensuring team members are positioned correctly and receive coaching. Act as the primary point of guidance for your team, maintaining composure under pressure to support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving continuous improvement across hotel operations. Manage daily staffing to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. This role supports Atlas Hotels' purpose of creating a rewarding workplace and great guest experiences within our East Midlands Airport location.
Required Qualifications
