Job Summary
Provide a warm welcome to guests and new employees while ensuring team members are positioned correctly and receive coaching. Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving continuous improvement across hotel operations and maintain a rewarding work environment. Nurturing team development and guiding staff under pressure are central to your daily responsibilities. Work 32 hours across four days per week at the Holiday Inn Express London Chingford.
