Team Leader

Lead the day-to-day running of the department by supporting colleagues, managing stock, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service. Act as a go-to person on the shop floor to solve problems, support new starters, and deliver high standards while keeping the team motivated. Work closely with your manager to maintain focus and manage priorities, demonstrating a customer-focused, supportive, and organized attitude. You will bring experience in a retail environment, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings. This role is part of Asda's ongoing effort to reimagine retail through new career possibilities.
