Job Summary
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department, supporting colleagues, helping to manage stock, onboarding new starters, and stepping in to solve problems while ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll work closely with your manager to maintain high standards, keep your team motivated, and create a positive shop-floor environment. The role emphasizes customer-focused leadership, approachability, organization, adaptability to weekend/evening shifts, teamwork, and a positive can-do attitude.
