Team Leader and Business Intern combine frontline restaurant operations leadership with real-world business development. Responsibilities include leading shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences with urgency and professionalism, coaching and developing team members, opening/closing the store, counting cash drawers, and supporting daily operations to achieve operational excellence.
