Team Leader and/or Business Intern

Team Leader and Business Intern combine frontline restaurant operations leadership with real-world business development. Responsibilities include leading shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences with urgency and professionalism, coaching and developing team members, opening/closing the store, counting cash drawers, and supporting daily operations to achieve operational excellence. The role involves mentoring under the Owner/Operator, owning and improving areas of the business, participating in discussions on operations, marketing, sales growth, and profitability, leading projects that drive measurable results, and developing problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on experience.
