Job Summary
Lead team members by managing and executing plant processes to attain production and quality goals. Ensure appropriate resources, including materials, equipment, and staffing needs, are available to maintain production schedules. Support continuous improvement processes to meet safety, quality, cost, and customer service objectives while creating an engaged, team-oriented workforce. Team Leaders spend approximately 80% of the shift on their feet in the production area, typically starting on second or third shifts with extended hours including weekends. The role involves working in environments ranging below 40 degrees to above 60 degrees. Candidates must have one year of leadership experience or an associate's degree.
