Team Leader

Lead the planning, design, and supervision of water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects across five cities in Himachal Pradesh; manage project design, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; ensure compliance with contractual obligations under FIDIC red and yellow book conditions; manage relationships with IFIs and ensure reporting adherence; conduct site inspections, monitor progress, quality, safety, and environmental compliance; prepare and approve technical reports and designs; identify and mitigate project risks; mentor and supervise project teams; facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations; promote sustainable engineering practices with environmental and social safeguards; requires frequent travel to project sites and ability to work in field conditions; master’s degree in civil engineering or related field preferred; on-boarding includes in-person Day 1 at an AECOM office.
