Job Summary
Execute production schedules, manage pull boards, and assign priorities to support groups including set-up, maintenance, and mold repair. Conduct daily quality checks, complete paperwork, and troubleshoot manufacturing problems to ensure part quality and efficiency. Administer company policies, track attendance, write performance evaluations, and enforce safety rules while supporting the safety committee. Maintain a positive work atmosphere and manage 6S continuous improvement initiatives. Fill out daily shift reports accurately to track production.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A.S.)
- three to five years related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new software as needed
