Job Summary
Team Leader role overseeing high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations with focus on task completion to keep the restaurant running smoothly and coaching/developing team members. Responsibilities include participating in day-to-day operational activities, responding promptly to guest needs, assisting in training new hires, setting the shift tone, leading by example, opening/closing, counting drawers, and ensuring exemplary customer service. Must be a team-oriented, communicative leader who can manage team behavior and performance while maintaining a service-driven culture. Prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting (shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager) is preferred but not required. Location noted: Chick-fil-A Shepherd Rd. in Lakeland, FL.
