Job Summary
Lead the third shift team from 9:39 PM to 6:21 AM Sunday through Thursday, with Friday night overtime as needed. Conduct daily startup meetings, shift handover reporting, and enforce safety measures while maintaining equipment and materials. Perform process, 5S, and standard work audits, manage time and attendance for ADP payroll, and ensure all team members are trained and knowledgeable. Act as the subject matter expert for operational processes, record ideas for improvement, and present feedback for review. Maintain accurate training records, control operator rotation, and perform duties on the operations floor to ensure efficient delivery and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- valid Driver's License
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- knowledge of Microsoft Word
- knowledge of Excel
- knowledge of MS Outlook
- basic computer use
