Job Summary
Team Leader - 3rd Shift for BLG LOGISTICS overseeing operations in a warehouse/land-based logistics environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment; leading the team to deliver quality, on-time performance; managing performance, training, and record-keeping; participating in CI initiatives; communicating shift-startups, handovers, and KPI reporting; maintaining training matrices and records; executing Shop Floor Management activities; conducting 5S and Standard Work audits; enforcing time and attendance procedures for payroll; coaching and developing team members to meet or exceed customer expectations; and daily operational oversight under the supervision of the Group Leader.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one to three months related experience and/or training.
