Job Summary
Guide and inspire the retail team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Foster an inclusive environment by collaborating on problem-solving, training new and existing members, and sharing skills. Ensure operational excellence by managing day-to-day store activities, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing sales floor. Execute in-store promotions and displays to drive sales, while addressing customer inquiries promptly and representing the brand professionally. Support store management in identifying growth opportunities and helping the team achieve its full potential within a stable, successful environment.
