Job Summary
First-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members in consistently delivering a WOW guest experience by providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant environment. Manages timely, accurate orders, handles guest complaints using the CARE model (courtesy, apology, resolution, extra effort), motivates staff, delegates, and provides feedback. Ensures cleanliness and safety, demonstrates mathematical aptitude and problem solving, and supports ongoing team development and training to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency preferred
- Minimum of 6 months JIB experience
- 100% certified in all workstations
- Must attain ServSafe certification or other as required
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Internal promote preferred (already meets requirements for Team Member)
- Must be 18 years old
- Must complete any and all Team Leader training classes
- Must have transportation to and from work
