Required Qualifications

• •ability to use SWS audits to check operator on process is fully trained
• •ability to control operator rotation to plan
• •ability to maintain & Update Training Matrix
• •ability to record ideas for improvement
• •ability to present new issues and feedback to team on actions due for review
• •ability to perform Process, 5S, and Standard Work audits
• •ability to perform duties of Team Member, on the operations floor
• •ability to perform other related duties, as assigned
• •daily oversight of hourly employees
