Job Summary
Shift Manager/Team Leader at Chick-fil-A Delafield leads day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant, opens/closes, coaches and trains team members, manages inventory and cash, and ensures guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading shifts, enforcing standards, serving as a role model, communicating effectively, solving problems, and continuously enhancing sales and processes.
